What’s your return policy?
All of our products except our office supplies are personalized, so they can't be returned except for printer error. We ask you to carefully proofread before submitting your order to avoid the expense of having to reprint items that were printed with incorrect information. If there is a problem with your printing that was not part of your design, please contact us.
Do you ship overseas and to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries.
Do you have customer service?
Of course! Use the contact form or call us to get answers to all of your questions about printing, promotional items and office supplies.
How long do orders typically take?
In most cases, it will take about a week from the time a print oprder is placed until the completed order is delivered. There are also options for expidited printing and shipping for orders that are needed sooner.
Do the promotional products include personalization?
Personalization costs will vary by product. Many include a single color imprint, but the details about personalization can be found in each product description.
Does PGS Printing & Graphics do any other kinds of printing in addition to what's on the website?
PGS Printing can print on any substance up to a half inch in thickness and can creat a vast array of customized printed products. Contact us if there is something you need that you don't see on the site.
Can PGS Printing & Graphics create fundraising journals?
Fundraising Journals can be a big money-maker for a not-for-profit when done properly. PGS Printing & Graphics has been creating journals that are profitable for charities for over 40 years and has the process down to a science.
